Alberto A Tassone
PRESIDENT - ENTREPRENEUR LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE
Alberto started his career in hospitality and graduated from the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne (Switzerland) in 1994. He further pursued his international hotel management career in Asia for about 5 years. In 2001, Alberto decided to leave the Hospitality industry to focus on his teaching career. He joined the Stanley International College team in 2009 as Director of Education and in January 2010, he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. He has held that position ever since. In his capacity as CEO and now President, Alberto provides strategic leadership for Stanley International College (with over 2000 number of students), and contributes to continuous improvement in line with the College’s vision and mission statements. He has also established and maintained relationships with industry, government, President/CEO networks, Higher Education Providers (HEP)s and Universities.

Dr Michael Connor
VICE-PRESIDENT - HIGHER EDUCATION
Michael’s career has spanned both academia and industry. Having taught and researched at Deakin, Murdoch, and the University of Melbourne, and worked in Corporate Communications, he joined the Division of Strategy, Management & Organization at Nanyang Business School (NBS) in Singapore. He became active in consulting and executive development in a variety of industries across the Indo-Pacific region, and on leaving NBS he was Communications Director of its Office for Executive Education. Returning to Perth, he helped establish Murdoch University’s Executive Education Centre. He then embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, whilst continuing to work on learning and development projects, mainly with AIM+UWA Business School Executive Education and the WA Public Sector Commission. Michael is currently Director of an ICT start-up of which he is co-founder, and of a new media organization (Western Australasia Media Network). His research interests are in value networks and work-integrated learning.

Dhyan Singh
VICE PRESIDENT - CORPORATE SERVICES & OPERATIONS VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (VET) AND RTO MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE
Dhyan established Stanley International College in August 2008 with three other colleagues, which initially offered only business and hospitality courses. Dhyan has further been appointed as the Director of Corporate Services and Operations which he undertakes the role of defining long-term strategic goals, proposing and presenting new business opportunities for Stanley International College. He maintains extensive knowledge of legislation governing Vocational Education, Higher Education, Migration, Student Visa and Government Funded Programs and reports upcoming changes to the Board of Directors. He critically analyses political, socioeconomic and environmental events that may impact Stanley International College's future and assists the Board to make informed strategic decisions.

Vickie Powell
VICE PRESIDENT - VOCATIONAL EDUCATION & TRAINING / GENERAL MANAGER
Vickie has worked in the Education sector in Western Australia for over 20 years working for some of Perth largest and most prestigious Colleges. Her experience spans a variety of industry areas including Business, Tourism, Information Technology, English Language (ELICOS) and Community/Health Services, Hairdressing, Hospitality/Commercial Cookery, Children Services and Construction. Vickie was the founding staff member of three (3) RTOs in WA and was an integral part of ensuring the College’s accreditation and registration within Australian government accreditation framework. Vickie’s career started in the education sector as a lecturer/course developer for business/secretarial courses. She was quickly promoted to the Manager of Students Services and then to School Manager, and then onto General Manager roles at some of Perth’s largest RTO’s, including Stanley College. During her career within the Education sector Vickie has been a professional member of many organisations including Australian Council for Private Education and Training, International Student Association of Australia and the Business Industry Training Council, Council for International Students of Western Australia as part of these memberships she has assisted in the formulation of policy pertaining to international students and the provision of education including the structure of accreditation/registration framework currently used today.
